Bad Weather Policy
If the local schools and churches are cancelling nightime activities due to bad weather, the guild meeting will be cancelled.
The Communications chairperson will send out a timely email announcement regarding cancellation of the meeting. Check your email for a "blast", check the guild's website where "cancelled" will be posted over the program information, or check the guild's Facebook page. You may also email the address below.
The biggest thing to remember...although we want you at all the meetings, we want you safe!! If you don't think the weather is safe for you to drive, please stay home. Be safe!!
