Are Visitors Allowed
To Attend Meetings? |
|
Absolutely! We'd love to have
you attend a meeting to see if our guild is right for you.
To help cover expenses, there may be a small fee for non-members to attend guild meetings when we are
featuring an out-of-town guest speaker.

What if a meeting is
cancelled due to bad weather? |
|
Here are our "bad weather"
policies:
- If the Edmond Public
Schools are closed due to the weather, then the guild
meeting will be cancelled also.
- If the weather turns bad
late in the day (i.e.: after the schools let out), check
your TV for any cancellation notices. A board member will
notify the local channels which should run the information
about the guild meeting being cancelled. You can also call
any board member to verify if you have questions—numbers are
listed on the first page of every newsletter.
- Communications will try to
send out a timely email announcement regarding cancellation
of the meetings.
But the biggest thing to
remember …. Although we want you at all the meetings, we want
you safe!! If you don’t think the weather is safe for you to
drive, please stay home. Be safe!!

- Our patterns are in PDF format.
You'll need
Adobe Acrobat
to view and print them.
- When printing patterns from Adobe Acrobat, be sure Page Scaling
is set to NONE. If it's set to anything else, your patterns won't be the
right size.
- In the past, we've had sporadic
problems downloading PDF patterns while using the Firefox browser.
There are known issues between Firefox and Adobe Acrobat. If you
have trouble, try downloading the patterns using Internet Explorer.
